Terms of service.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

You agree that you are not pregnant, nursing, or experiencing any skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, or acne) near the treatment area. You also confirm that you do not have any conditions (e.g., hemophilia, autoimmune disorders) or illnesses that may interfere with the healing process.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

- A non-refundable deposit of $60-100 (depending on service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.

- The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

- If you fail to pay the deposit, your appointment slot will not be reserved.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

- You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

- If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment, at the discretion of the service provider.

NO-SHOW POLICY

- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

- Clients who fail to show up or cancel late on multiple occasions may be required to pay the full cost of the service in advance for future bookings.

LATE POLICY

- We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

- If time permits, we may still perform the service, but the service time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, without reduction in price.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

- You must inform the service provider of any relevant health conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment.

- If the service provider determines that it is unsafe to perform the procedure due to medical conditions or other concerns, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at their discretion.

- Pregnant or nursing clients may be advised to wait until after pregnancy or nursing for permanent makeup procedures.

AGE REQUIREMENT

- Clients must be at least 18 years old to undergo permanent makeup procedures.

- Proof of age may be required at the time of the appointment.

SATISFACTION AND TOUCH-UPS

- Permanent makeup is a multi-step process, and individual results will vary.

- One touch-up session may be recommended 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure to achieve the desired result, which may be subject to additional fees.

- Any touch-ups requested after a 3-month window may be charged at discounted rates.

REFUND POLICY

- Due to the nature of the services provided, all payments, including deposits and service fees, are nonrefundable once the procedure has been completed.

- We strive for client satisfaction, but individual results may vary based on skin type, aftercare, and other factors. No guarantees are made regarding the outcome of the procedure.

HEALING AND AFTERCARE

- Proper aftercare is crucial to the healing process and the final results of your permanent makeup.

- You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions at the end of your appointment. For more detailed preparation and aftercare instructions, please visit www.pmukatalog.com/pmucare.

- Failure to follow the aftercare instructions may result in poor or unsatisfactory results, for which the service provider cannot be held responsible.

LIABILITY WAIVER

- Permanent makeup procedures involve the implantation of pigment into the skin, which carries certain inherent risks.

- While every effort is made to ensure your safety and satisfaction, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

- You agree to release the service provider from any liability arising from the procedure, including any adverse outcomes or unforeseen complications.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

- By agreeing to these terms, you give the service provider permission to take before and after photos of your procedure for documentation and promotional purposes, with identifying features blurred unless explicit consent is provided.

- If you do not wish to have your photos used publicly, please notify the service provider in advance.

MEDICAL HISTORY

- You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history, including any skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies, to the technician prior to the procedure. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may increase the risk of complications.

MEDICATIONS

- Certain medications, including blood thinners, Retin-A, or Accutane, can affect the outcome of the procedure and increase the risk of complications. You agree to notify the technician of any medications you are currently taking.

COMPLICATIONS

- While complications are rare, they can include minor swelling, irritation, infection, or pigment discoloration. Proper aftercare and hygiene are critical to minimizing risks.

- You acknowledge that no guarantees can be made regarding the final results.

ALLERGY TESTING

- If you have concerns about potential allergies to pigments, you are advised to consult a medical professional or lab for a comprehensive allergy test.

- Patch testing is available upon request but may not provide conclusive results, as allergic reactions to pigments can develop months after the procedure. You understand that patch testing is not a guarantee of future reactions and agree to proceed at your own risk.

By booking and attending a permanent makeup appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
